What You’ll Do

  • Provide compassionate in-person and telehealth counseling services
  • Build authentic therapeutic relationships grounded in evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with clients’ care teams (PCPs, psychiatrists, schools) when appropriate
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and client records
  • Respond to client needs promptly and professionally
  • Participate in a supportive team culture that values feedback and growth

Who You Are

Required:

  • Master’s Degree in a mental health field
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience
  • NY State LCSW licensure preferred (other licensed mental health providers considered)
  • Available 10 hours/week (PT) or 30 hours/week (FT)
  • Able to work 2 late afternoons or evenings
  • Primarily available for in-person office appointments

Expectations

  • Part-time: 10-15 available hours weekly, averaging 40 sessions/month
  • Full-time: 30 available hours weekly, averaging 25 sessions/week (100/month)
  • Weekly documentation completed by Friday
  • Adherence to all ethical and legal standards
